AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring a Part-Time Activity Assistant at Washington Square Nursing and Rehab, located at 202 Washington Street NW, Warren, Ohio.

We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Activity Assistant/Transportation Driver to welcome our ever-growing team!

Activity Assistant/Transportation Driver Qualifications:

• Dependable, hard-working, good communication skills and outgoing.

• Documenting resident activity participation.

•  Maintains attendance records for resident activities, on a daily basis.

• Assists in transporting residents to and from doctor appointments via facility van.

• Facilitate group and 1:1 activity programs per Activity Calendar. 

Activity Assistant Requirements:

• Valid Ohio state license

• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption

• High School Diploma/GED

• Flexible schedule, available on weekends and evenings.

• Computer Knowledge
