Job Title: Activity Personnel

Job Summary:
Activity Personnel are responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising recreational, educational, and social activities for participants. They ensure activities are safe, engaging, and appropriate for the age group while promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead daily activities, games, events, and programs.
• Supervise participants and ensure their safety at all times.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning activity areas and equipment.
• Encourage participation and foster positive group interactions.
• Monitor participant behavior and address conflicts appropriately.
• Maintain attendance records and activity reports.
• Support special events, field trips, and community programs.
• Follow organizational policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, staff, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in recreation, education, or a related field).
• Experience working with children, youth, adults, or community groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
