We are hiring for Night Shift 7pm-7am.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to physicians and family members
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
