About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a RN at Edgewood Manor of Wellston, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a nurturing environment, and our team focuses on creating a sense of community among our residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and treatment plans

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Certificate in Nursing (RN)

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Current Ohio RN license

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
