Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and energetic Director of Nursing to join our dedicated leadership team!

Come join a great facility with a strong, supportive team atmosphere in beautiful Dutchess County. We are a skilled 120-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility looking for a compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and supporting staff success.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong leadership abilities, and excellent supervisory skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive Administrator and Regional Team committed to your success.

 

Qualifications

• Current RN license required (successful completion of State Board Examination)

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent multitasking abilities

• Ability to lead, motivate, and instruct staff

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, methods, and tools

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality care
