Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a strong, compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team. This role is perfect for an experienced RN who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Active RN license (in good standing)

• 2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred)

• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong leadership and clinical skills

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)

• Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards

• Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions

• Communicate with physicians, families & care teams

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies

• Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift
