Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient-centered strategies to enhance the overall patient experience, ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of our culturally diverse patient population

• Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive organizational goals and objectives, focusing on patient care excellence, quality improvement, and compliance

• Oversee the development and implementation of patient care programs, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

• Foster a culture of excellence and compliance within the organization, promoting a high-performing team and ensuring that all staff members are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective use of organization funds

• Conduct regular quality assessments and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies and procedures

• Participate in industry-wide initiatives and partnerships, staying informed about best practices and trends in the home health care industry
