About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Utica, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support. With a focus on maintaining a Caring Environment and delivering Excellent Care, you will lead and direct all Clinical and Administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise all Clinical and Administrative functions in the facility
• Develop and implement a facility management system
• Administer, manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality care
• Manage the financial operations of the facility
• Monitor and maintain facility compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Oversee the facility's quality assurance process
• Ensure individual rights and opportunities for choice exist for all residents

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience as an AOR
• Current New York State LNHA Certification
• Basic computer skills, including email use
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Proven Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding resident & TGHS proprietary information
• Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels
