Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 annually
Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth

• Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime

• Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New York

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment
