Your Role:

• Plan and lead daily activities that promote social interaction, relaxation, and resident engagement

• Encourage residents to participate in both group and individual activities

• Assist with creating and distributing activity calendars and communication materials

• Document resident participation and progress during activities

• Support the Activity Director with scheduling, setup, and event coordination

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Help create a welcoming, fun, and resident-centered environment

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care or related experience preferred

• Creative, organized, and enthusiastic personality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance

• Passionate about improving the lives of seniors through meaningful engagement and activities

• Positive attitude and commitment to compassionate resident care
