About the Role:

• Provide recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance the resident's overall experience, including arts and crafts, outings, and social events

• Collaborate with the activities department to plan and execute daily activities, ensuring a varied and engaging schedule

• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized activity plans for residents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities and resident participation

• Provide support and assistance to the activities staff as needed

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning and implementation of activity programs and events
• Assist with preparing materials and supplies for activities and events
• Provide transportation for residents to and from activities and events (as needed)
• Maintain a clean and organized activity area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and family members
