Laundry Aide PT

Position: Laundry Aide Status: PT Setting: The Waters of Gainesboro - Long‑Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Our team is looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented PT Laundry Aide to support our residents and staff by ensuring linens and personal items are cleaned, sanitized, and handled with care. This role is essential to maintaining a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for the individuals we serve.

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal laundry

• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment

• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies

• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and nursing teams

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and families

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and commitment to resident dignity and comfort
