Activities Assistant - 20 Hours a week!
Location: Mason Nursing and Rehab – Cincinnati, OH

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll play a key role in planning and leading engaging activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents. From games and crafts to music and social events, you’ll help create a positive, fun, and supportive environment every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and carrying out daily recreational activities

• Encourage resident participation and engagement

• Support individualized activity programs to meet residents’ needs and preferences

• Document attendance and resident response to activities

• Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and care team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and energetic personality

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
