• Uphold aseptic techniques in all nursing procedures to prevent infections.
• Offer specialized care in areas such as infant care, dementia care, and behavioral health as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Experience in health coaching to promote wellness among patients.
• Familiarity with nursing home environments and elder care practices.
• Competence in dementia care strategies for managing cognitive impairments.
• Solid understanding of physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
