Cash Handling & Security: Managing a cash drawer, counting cash, and balancing all transactions at the end of the shift.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions about accounts, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience.
Compliance & Risk Management: Verifying customer identity, adhering to bank regulations (e.g., currency transaction reports), and detecting counterfeit money.
Cross-Selling: Identifying customer needs and recommending bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, or credit cards.
Operational Support: Processing, scanning, and reviewing checks, as well as handling night deposits.
