Part-Time Service Dispatcher
Location: Bellevue, WA
Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours per week) – Choose your own schedule!
Team360 Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Service Dispatcher for a growing service team in Bellevue, WA. If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer service requests and preventative maintenance appointments.
- Dispatch field technicians and maintain the weekly dispatch schedule.
- Monitor and respond to customer requests through a shared email inbox.
- Track parts availability and follow up with technicians to ensure timely job completion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Generate purchase orders and quotes as needed.
- Assist with monitoring the 24/7 service line when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatching.
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
