Service Dispatcher

Fire & Safety is looking for a service schedular for our service department! We offer fire protection equipment and services throughout the state and continue to set ourselves apart from our competitors.

This is in person, 8:30am-5:00pm.

This position will be routing and scheduling for our technicians and crews that specialize in services such as kitchen exhaust cleaning, sprinkler inspections, fire suppression system maintenance and installations, fire extinguisher maintenance, and more.

You will be answering phone calls for service, utilizing MapQuest to route appointments, and confirming schedules. You may also have to take payment from customers, create quotes, and offer other support to the technicians.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent with computers/data entry.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Be a team player
