Delivery Driver Warehouse Worker

The Crib Connection is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Delivery and Inventory Associate. We provide baby equipment and beach gear rentals to vacationing families throughout the Emerald Coast.

Although this is a part-time position, our business operates seven days a week. Applicants must have flexible availability and be willing to work some weekends and holidays. Hours and workdays may vary depending on the delivery and pickup schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rental equipment to vacation homes, condos, hotels, and resorts
• Pick up rental equipment at the end of each customer’s reservation
• Follow the assigned delivery and pickup route accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
• Clean and sanitize cribs, baby equipment, beach gear, wagons, and other rental items
• Inspect returned equipment for damage or missing pieces
• Organize inventory in the warehouse and prepare items for upcoming orders
• Load and unload rental equipment safely
• Keep the delivery vehicle and work areas clean and organized
• Follow customer notes, gate codes, unit instructions, and delivery requirements carefully

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable driving a delivery van
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly and professional when communicating with customers
• Comfortable using a smartphone for directions, schedules, and customer information
• Able to lift, carry, load, and unload bulky equipment
• Willing to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, bending, walking, loading, and unloading. Applicants must be able to safely move cribs, beach wagons, chairs, and other rental equipment.
