About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our shop. You’ll create welcoming experiences for our customers, keep our space looking fresh, and help spread the stoke of surf/skate culture. If you love connecting with people and take pride in a well-organized, vibrant retail environment, this is your spot.

What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm, answering questions about product features, pricing, and placement

• Process transactions accurately at the register while maintaining friendly, efficient service

• Share your knowledge of our products to help customers find exactly what they need

Merchandising & Operations

• Maintain visually appealing displays that tell our brand story and drive sales

• Stock shelves, counters, and tables to ensure products are readily available and beautifully presented

• Price, tag, and label merchandise accurately

• Keep the sales floor pristine—regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and displays

What You Bring

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred

• Solid math skills for handling cash and making change

• Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude

• Excellent communication skills. Both chatting with customers and coordinating with the team

• Genuine interest in surf/skate culture (bonus points, but not required!)
