Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Help customers compare devices, plans, and accessories to find the best fit.
• Educate customers on current promotions, new products, and available services.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Process new activations, upgrades, payments, and other customer transactions.
• Keep displays organized and maintain a clean, professional sales floor.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and company promotions.
