Building Maintenance TechnicianWage: $20-25Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Maintain and repair heating, cooling, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot various maintenance problems efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance concerns and address them proactively.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and general repairs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding maintenance work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
