What You’ll Do:
- Apply high-quality fertilizers & weed control products to residential and commercial turf grass.
- Diagnose lawn health issues and determine the best treatment plans.
- Operate and maintain professional-grade application equipment.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate with clients about their lawn’s health and offer expert recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided.
MUST Have:
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
- A valid driver’s license and a CLEAN driving record. (This is a must-have.)
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Nice to Have, but NOT Required
- 2+ years of direct experience in treating turf grass (residential or commercial) within the last 4 years.
- Arkansas State Plant Board Pesticide Applicator's License (or the ability to transfer an out-of-state license).
- Strong knowledge of grasses, weeds, fertilizers, and application techniques.
- Experience with irrigation or other lawn care services.
- Familiarity with proper lawn care practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
