About who needs care: Arthritis, anxiety, ADHD, high blood pressure Avid reader, journal writer, retired coach, student of psychology, grandmother. Perfect day would include waking at 6:30. Morning spent exercising, yoga, meditation, and writing. Afternoon is free time About the care needs: Because I struggle with focus I struggle with administrative tasks like paying bills, canceling subscriptions, making appointments, and managing meds. In other areas of life, I over-achieve. I study AI, listen to podcasts, and am fluent with current events. I want to spend more time write & publish but these admistravive tasks bog me down Services needed include: companionship.
