Compensation: $19.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Operators for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Duluth, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Operator:

• Assemble electronic components using processes such as winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating, and epoxy application
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of products
• Test parts, subassemblies, and finished products and accurately record results
• Document test data, procedures, and materials as required
• Use mechanical measuring tools and equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing team members to improve product quality and efficiency
• Perform assigned tasks according to instructions
• Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or failures to supervisors or responsible personnel
• Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace regulations related to assigned tasks #IndeedNorth

What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good eyesight and the ability to work with small components
• Ability to use a microscope
• Ability to set up and operate manufacturing equipment such as winders, mold presses, ovens, and test equipment
• Soldering skills are preferred
