Pet Groomer

Role Working with the Executive Groomer to deliver exceptional grooms performed by yourself and with the assistance of a team as the client base grows.

Responsibilities ● Grooming cats to Happy Cat standards ● Managing customer education, expectations, and concerns through in-person interaction, phone, text, email, and Happy Cat Groomer App platform ● Collaborating with GM and Kitty Concierges to manage groom appointment scheduling and workflow ● Bathing, blow drying, nail trims, brushing, clipping/shaving ● Maintaining grooming equipment, spa cleanliness, and inventory supply levels ● Communicate with your GM and Executive Groomer

Requirements ● Grooming appointments are Thurs-Mon, weekends are critical ● Previous professional experience with cat behavior and handling is required ● Handling cats of all personalities ● Be ready and willing to learn ● Take pride, be happy
