Baby sitter and or mommy helper - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a sitter for my 17m old daughter to help keep her entertained while I get some cleaning done or while I’m running errands. We could also use an occasional date night sitter! My child is very shy so I would like someone for the long term. We are having a wedding in October that I will need someone to help watch her as well and I’d like her to be comfortable with them.
