• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate next actions, follow-up dates, and transaction milestones so opportunities do not disappear through inconsistent execution.


• Training and Accountability: Participate in Breakthrough120, script practice, roundtables, coaching, and relevant office meetings, then apply feedback in the field.

• Pay: Commission pay ($40,000 - $85,000+ annually after licensing)
