Location: Fremont, CA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $37.00/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Skilled TIG/MIG Fabrication Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders who take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy working in a precision manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel while maintaining strict quality standards and close tolerances.
What You'll Do
- Perform precision TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on sheet metal and fabricated components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Set up welding equipment and verify dimensions/weld quality using precision measuring tools.
- Inspect completed welds and perform repairs or touch-ups when necessary.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of TIG and MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
- Ability to read blueprints and maintain close dimensional tolerances.
- AWS or ASME welding certifications are a plus but not required.
- Ability to successfully complete a practical welding assessment.
