Certified Medication Technician/Universal Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, and providing exceptional care to residents in their home. This role requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, medication management, and patient safety, particularly in senior care, memory care, Alzheimer’s care, and hospice settings.
