• Pay: $22.23 – $27.37 per hour (Based on experience) +Benefits

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• Shift times vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call

-> Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a Family Medicine Clinic. The Medical Assistant will support providers by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. This role serves patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

-> Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory testing.
• Perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with prescription refill requests.
• Provide telephone support and communicate with patients.
• Assist with front desk and patient check-in when needed.
• Order and stock medical supplies.
• Assist with prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.

-> Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP, ABHES, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic.
