Job Description
Join a collaborative behavioral health team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a hybrid role supporting pediatric patients (ages 6+). $90,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule
- Hybrid position
- On-site in Bronx, NY once per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health and psychosocial assessments
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, etc.)
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams
- Complete accurate EHR documentation
- Participate in case conferences and clinical meetings
Requirements
- Active New York LCSW License
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
- Experience working with pediatric patients (ages 6+)
- Spanish bilingual required
- Must live within the Tri-State area
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and behavioral health assessments
- Experience with EHR documentation
