Pay Rate

$18.50–$19.00 per hour, depending on shift

Shifts:

2nd shift: $18.50 / hour - Mon - Fri, 2:15pm – 10:15pm
3rd shift: $19.00 / hour - Sun – Thurs, 10:15pm – 6:15am
Overtime required every other Saturday or Friday depending on business needs

What’s a typical day as Assembly Operator? You’ll be:
  • Setting up and operating manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing
  • Optimizing cycle times and achieving production goals in a team environment
  • Collaborating with skilled trades and support staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and process
  • Standing for at least 90% of your shift and lifting up to 35 pounds
