Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate their needs. You will guide patient education and support ancillary staff while upholding professional nursing standards, ensuring a safe and caring environment.

Requirements

• OIG check within 30 days of start date
• Negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold
• Completion of CareLearning education modules
• National and/or State Sex Offender check within 30 days of start date
• 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month of start date
• Resume
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse)
• Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year of start date
• BLS & ACLS required through American Heart Association - Copy of both sides of the cards
• Proof of physical within 1 year of start date
• Criminal Background check within 30 days of start date
• Online verification of licensure or certification including expiration date and disciplinary actions within 30 days of start date
• Two recent employment references
• Immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B Series, TDaP, and Flu vaccination
