Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Hollywood. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (doing dishes and tidying up), feeding the kids and being active with them. The most important thing is for the nanny to be very active because they are all around age 3 and below. Someone that is willing to run around with them and keep them busy without screen time. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is good with a child that has speech delay.
