Requirements\n

\n
• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
\n
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
\n
• BSN preferred
\n

Assignment Highlights\n

\n
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n
• 13-week contract
\n
• Meditech EMR
\n
• Floating required per hospital policy
\n
• Weekend and call requirements discussed during interview
\n
• Navy blue scrubs
\n
• Work with high-acuity ICU patients, including:\n
  \n
  • CABG
  \n
  • CRRT
  \n
  • IABP
  \n
  • Impella
  \n
  • Therapeutic Hypothermia
  \n
  • Rotoprone
  \n
  • Ventilator management
  \n
\n

Ideal Candidate\n

\n
• Strong critical care background
\n
• Comfortable with advanced ICU procedures and equipment
\n
• Flexible and willing to float as needed
\n
