We're looking for professional CDL-A drivers for direct hire with our client, a major grocery logistics operation, in Shelbyville, IN. We are helping them find drivers who are the right fit. Expect strong earning potential at $0.90/mile plus stop pay, load pay, and a performance bonus, with home weekly options for drivers outside 50 miles of Shelbyville. Drivers earn an average of $90,000 per year.

• Annual average earnings: $90,000

• $0.90/mile + $20 per stop + $35 per load
\n
• $0.15/mile performance bonus
\n
• $0.05/mile pay increase after 1 year
\n
• Home daily (must live within 50 miles of Shelbyville, IN) or home weekly option available for drivers further out

• Guaranteed 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week
\n
• Start times range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM - flexibility required

• 10 hours per day
\n
• Steady year-round freight
\n

What You'll Be Doing\n

\n
• Delivering grocery pallets to store locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois within a 250-mile radius
\n
• 1-2 stops per day, approximately 10 stops per week
\n
• Unloading refrigerated grocery loads using a pallet jack
\n

What You Need\n

\n
• Valid CDL A
\n
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
\n
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years)
\n
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
\n
• Valid DOT Medical Card
\n
• Steel-toed or composite boots required
\n
• Must be at least 21 years old
\n
