Outpatient Care Provider
Assignment Duration\nThis is a 26-week contract position.
Schedule\nShifts are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, primarily on weekdays, with occasional Saturday coverage (typically 4-5 Saturdays over the contract duration).
Job Description\nThe Outpatient Care Provider will primarily focus on delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting. Applicants with Epic experience are preferred. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. \n
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Participate in patient education and community outreach efforts. \n
- \n
- Current Oregon License required. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- Experience with Epic preferred. \n
- Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and other health requirements prior to onboarding. \n
