Location: Eureka, California

\n

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM), 13-week assignment. Daily caseload of approximately 20 patients. Three CT rooms available.

Highlights:\n

  • Work in a Trauma Level III designated facility performing comprehensive CT imaging with and without contrast
  • \n
  • Gain experience across diverse patient populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including radiology specialists, lift teams, and rapid response teams
  • \n
  • Opportunity to utilize advanced CT skills including vascular CTA, multiplanar reconstruction, and trauma imaging
  • \n
  • One pre-approved time off period available during contract
  • \n
  • Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
  • \n
Requirements:\n
    \n
  • ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
  • \n
  • BLS certification required
  • \n
  • Fluoroscopy permit required
  • \n
  • Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
  • \n
  • Valid California state license or compact license in hand at time of submission
  • \n
  • Experience with emergency department, ICU, trauma imaging, and contrast administration
  • \n
  • Proficiency in venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, and PACS systems
  • \n
  • Preferred: Community hospital experience, Trauma Level I/II experience, fluoroscopy studies, enema studies, surgery/C-Arm experience
  • \n
  • Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
  • \n
  • Clean background check required
  • \n
