Position Overview

\n

The Manufacturing Project Manager will lead multiple high-impact facilities and manufacturing projects at the client's Pewaukee campus. This is a hands-on project leadership role focused on driving execution rather than supporting project activities.

The successful candidate will oversee an office remodel, a large-scale document digitization initiative, and a warehouse redesign while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Leadership

\n

  • Lead multiple concurrent facilities and manufacturing projects from initiation through completion.
  • \n
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
  • \n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and vendors.
  • \n
  • Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

Facilities & Manufacturing Projects

  • Manage a campus-wide office remodel affecting approximately 85 employees.
  • \n
  • Lead a document digitization initiative, including document evaluation, cataloging, archiving, and secure destruction.
  • \n
  • Oversee warehouse redesign activities to improve operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Coordinate project execution with engineering, operations, customer service, and applications teams.
  • \n

Team & Vendor Management

\n

  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineering, customer service, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external vendors.
  • \n
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Assign project responsibilities and maintain balanced resource allocation throughout each project phase.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience supporting facilities and/or manufacturing environments.

  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
