\n Shift: Tuesday through Saturday. Day shift. 0730 to 1630

\n Requirements:
\n 1 year of recent experience
\n Active Physical Therapist License
\n Current BLS/BCLS Certification
\n Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

\n Education:
\n Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
