Job Title: Pharmacy Technician II
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Shift:5x8 (13:15 - 21:45)
- \n
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP 795, USP 797, and USP 800 standards \n
- Assist with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management \n
- Stock automated dispensing cabinets and maintain medication supplies \n
- Handle controlled substances and maintain accurate documentation \n
- Perform medication reconciliation and obtain accurate medication histories \n
- Operate pharmacy automation systems \n
- Monitor medication expiration dates and conduct unit inspections \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment \n
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare staff to support patient care \n

- High School Diploma or GED \n
- Active Washington State Pharmacy Technician License \n
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) \n
- Sterile Compounding Certification (PTCB or NPTA) \n
- At least one advanced/specialty pharmacy certification, such as:\n
- \n
- Hazardous Compounding \n
- Non-Sterile Compounding \n
- Controlled Substances Diversion Prevention \n
- Hazardous Drug Management \n
- Technician Product Verification \n
\n - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification \n
- Strong computer and communication skills \n
- Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy preferred \n
