CT and X-Ray Technologist
Schedule\nThis position requires a mid shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Job Description\nWe are seeking a skilled CT and X-Ray Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, to join our healthcare team. The candidate will perform a variety of imaging procedures on patients, ensuring high-quality medical imaging and patient care.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures as required. \n
- Start peripheral IVs, with an expected daily average of 8-9 IV starts. \n
- Utilize PACS and other imaging technology effectively. \n
- Provide imaging services to both adult and pediatric patients, including emergency department cases. \n
- Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary. \n
- Float to other facilities as needed, based on operational requirements. \n
- \n
- ARRT certification in CT and Radiography. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- Experience with Siemens and Samsung X-Ray equipment preferred. \n
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC. \n
- Outpatient imaging experience for both adults and pediatrics is required. \n
- Experience in conducting various CT and X-Ray exams, including extremities, abdomen/GI, and cranial examinations. \n
