- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License required \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience \n
- Home Health experience preferred \n
- Previous travel experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- OASIS documentation experience required \n
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required \n
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patients \n
- Ability to complete 5 patient visits/points per day \n
- Strong skills in patient assessment, gait training, therapeutic exercise, home exercise programs, discharge planning, and patient/family education
