Direct Hire Position – East Side of Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $70 per patient visit + Mileage Reimbursement

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible, rewarding career where you can make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the east side of Cincinnati.
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping individuals regain independence, improve functional abilities, and maximize their quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, evaluations, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
- Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred (home health experience is a plus).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
