Pay: $45 per patient visit + Mileage Reimbursement

Are you a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking for a rewarding career with flexibility and independence? We are seeking a licensed COTA to join a growing Home Health team serving patients throughout the east side of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their quality of life while working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes following the plan of care established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home safety techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Travel throughout the assigned service area to provide in-home patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
