Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients.
- Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, functional training) to improve mobility, strength, and daily functioning.
- Reassess patients regularly, document progress, and modify plans of care accordingly.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and referring providers to coordinate care and ensure safe, effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes; adhere to all facility policies and infection control standards.
- Provide patient and family education on home exercise programs, prognosis, and safety, adapting communication for diverse populations.
- Manage a mixed caseload in a primarily outpatient setting and adapt to a flexible 8- or 10-hour shift schedule as needed.

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in Arizona or a compact state (License must be current to practice).
- Experience: outpatient orthopedic and neurological experience; three years of relevant practice preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an outpatient clinic environment and handle multiple patients across varied conditions.
- Availability to start on or around 08/31/2026 and complete the 14-week assignment.
- Must be able to travel to the assignment location and perform duties as a travel physical therapist.
