Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an internal travel assignment supporting Thief River Care Center and Oakland Park in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

Pay Package

• $29.70/hour taxable
• $791/week housing stipend
• $476/week meals & incidentals
• $2,455 estimated weekly gross
• $2,093 estimated weekly net
• Up to $400 travel reimbursement each way

Thief River Falls is a regional hub in northwestern Minnesota with a quieter pace, outdoor recreation and the day-to-day amenities needed for a 13-week stay.

Requirements: Active Minnesota OT license or ability to obtain one. SNF/post-acute experience preferred.
