Targeter (Sr. - SME) - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Position Summary

Targeters are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. Targeters will research, analyze, and brief on network analysis techniques and specialized tools used to identify key threats to the U.S. Targeters must be able to identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps. 

Education/Experience Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience

Required Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Developed expertise on a particular geographic region or transnational target.
• Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meet or exceed established analytical standards.
• Demonstrated skills with communication, networking, and problem solving.
• Familiarity with cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Senior and Expert positions respond to changes in analytical priorities and review work outputs of Junior and Mid-Level personnel. May supervise lower-level analysts.
