Travel Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech needed in Burlington, Vermont for an adult echo lab. Start date 07/30/2026 for a 4-week assignment with 5x8 daytime shifts in a hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Perform adult echocardiography studies and related ultrasound imaging per lab protocols
- Acquire, optimize, and interpret images; ensure high-quality studies and accurate measurements
- Document findings in the electronic medical record (EPIC) within the required time frame
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety, privacy, and infection control
- Coordinate with cardiology physicians and other healthcare team members; participate in routine on-call responsibilities as required
- May float to outpatient facilities as needed; maintain flexibility within coverage expectations

Requirements
- Certifications: ARDCS (ARDMS or CCI) required; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) noted
- Licenses: BLS certification (AHA) and EKG recognition required
- Experience: minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and manage a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation in the area
- Start date readiness and ability to start within two weeks as noted
