Electromechanical Build Technician & Materials Flow Associate

Step onto the production floor in Streetsboro and start your day with a game plan. You scan the work orders, stage the parts, and check the blueprint packet. With your hand and power tools ready, you assemble mechanical and electrical components that come together as high-quality power distribution equipment. Between build steps, you keep materials moving—pulling, kitting, and replenishing what the team needs so the line never slows.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $20-$21 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM

What youll do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to build to spec
• Prepare and stage parts for assembly; perform basic kitting
• Move and replenish materials across the facility to support production flow
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure components are where theyre needed
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, fast-paced manufacturing environment

What you bring

• Background in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or material handling
• Comfort with hand/power tools and reading measuring devices
• Experience reading blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for the full shift
• Safety-first mindset and dependable work ethic

Pre-employment and safety

Requirements include the ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and 7-year criminal background check. Steel-toe boots are required.
